The Human Body in Detail

This is a very detailed model of the human body, including the outer body, muscles, fat pads of the face, and skeleton, to serve as your go-to reference resource.

I've spent a very long time creating this, being very careful that all muscles have correct origins and insertion points, and all bones are the correct shape, by carefully analyzing 3d scans, online resources, surgical training blogs, and the multiple anatomy books I own.

I've also carefully aligned everything so each of the layers matches to help you read how the underlying structure translates to the surface of the skin.

Muscles, bones and fat pads are all named and neatly organized in collections.

Most muscles are there, even many of the deeper ones. Only some of the deepest torso and head muscles are omitted.

I've also been careful in maintaining a workable amount of geometry. The skin and muscles are all professionally produced low poly meshes. The skeleton is decimated geometry. This scene was created in Blender 4.0 and runs perfectly fine in EEVEE with the highest settings on a relatively low-end PC (ryzen 5600, gtx 1080)

All resources are packed inside the .blend file. Made with Blender 4.0.

Includes high quality textures for the skin, eyes, and muscles.
